You get what you pay for is an old but very true adage. It doesn't surprise me that people are finding issues with some of the cheaper vehicles that Mr Horne is selling. This is primarily because they will either be trade in vehicles that require significant "work" (that he will neither have the time or inclination to instigate) or have "stood" Mr Horne more than he would like at the point of original sale of his stock vehicle to the customer. At least 90% of the stock will be bought from various vehicle auctions and from local franchises that may not deal primarily in or have a disposal outlet

Only having had the van for 8 weeks the fan went, following that 2 weeks later the cylinder head failed, went in to see Simon to be told what do you expect you only paid £1900 it's your problem I'm too busy, poor quality, shocking service, only happy when taking your money - stay clear, buyer beware. Sent him letter regarding consumers rights giving him 14 days to reply......in that traders must sell vehicles fit for purpose if any problems they must try and fix FOC, get that, or refund/replace. We await his reply.

Absolutely shocking! They rip you off and if you have any problems they don’t even help you as long as they get what they want they don’t care. They topped up all the fluids before my purchase and a week later they were all down.
Had lots of problems with my vehicle what cost me about 2K to sort what is more than my vehicle cost.
What resulted in me breaking down and out of pocket
And after 2 month of having it I am trading it in for another vehicle,
DONT BUY ANYTHING OFF HIM ITS NOT WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!

My nephew got a van from this company and it was awaiting preparation when he first looked at it , the van was immaculate when he collected it , the paintwork was to a high standard that was carried out on the van , there paint shop is also due credit . our family will come back here when we need another van .

Very poor customer services, owner of this place said over phone that van its in very good condition but when i arrived van was rusty so i decide not buy them .
