I provide my legal services on a consultancy basis to law firms, as well as directly to businesses. I can be hired as a consultant to enable your firm to provide IP, IT and data protection expertise on its corporate and commercial transactions. This can generate revenue for your firm without incurring the costs normally associated with a full-time employee.
I can draft and negotiate for you a broad range of commercial services agreements including IP and IT agreements. I can also advise your business on data protection compliance. My considerable experience comes from working for large City firms, but my overheads allow me to offer reasonable pricing and fixed fees.

Services
Mark Robinson Transactional Intellectual Property Services is a law firm based in Cheltenham, England. It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a recognised sole practice. Its SRA ID number is 440939. I am a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with over 26 years of experience in intellectual property transactions.
Does your law firm require assistance with the IP, IT or data protection aspects of a corporate transaction or commercial agreement? If so, then I am available for immediate hire for the duration of that transaction. Alternatively, if you prefer not to use me as a consultant then my firm can be instructed as an external law firm.
When you are negotiating an agreement, does your lawyer provide good legal advice in a user-friendly and timely manner? And do you know how much that advice is going to cost? I am a solicitor with over 26 years of experience, much of which was gained from City law firms. My low overheads allow me to provide my expertise to you at a fraction of the cost that would be charged by a larger firm.
In England and Wales, there are two branches of the legal profession: solicitors and barristers. Solicitors provide legal advice, including on matters which go before the courts. Some solicitors specialise in specific areas of law, while others are more generalist and cover a broader range of subject matters.
Both my firm and I are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). The SRA is an independent regulatory body responsible for protecting the public by ensuring that solicitors meet high standards. Among its functions, the SRA sets, monitors and enforces the standards and regulations for practising as a solicitor.

They did an amazing job to help my mother! But the whole time someone was yelling? They yelled something like "NoNOOO!" and "PIGEON NO!", I'm curious if anyone knows who this is? They also yelled "TWITCH!" so I wanted to try and find them :) It'd be awesome if anyone could help!
