Ordered online, delivery takes a little while but the items are always made really well. Communication is wonderful and I've never had any trouble that mac pack didn't have a valid explanation for. Actually the only trouble I've ever had was in 2019 due to covid and Macpac sorted things fairly quickly given the circumstances so 10/10

Extremely slow. I understand that before the school year begins they are quite busy. But during the term I do not see the reason why a couple of sweatshirts and a polo shirt should take so long! Ordered on 29/09 and still waiting... Have I had an alternative supplier, I would not hesitate to order for them and not Mapac.

Ordered school uniform online 27th July 2021, my grandson starts school today 2nd Sept and I'm only going there this morning to pick up part of the order.customer service is appalling for online orders no communication from them to say its late, I have cancelled most of my order as I had to go out and purchase most from elsewhere. Last year was no better, we shall be complaining to the school.

Have they gone out of business?
I placed an order six weeks ago and have tried but can't get hold of them. I emailed, called (had to leave vm as no-one answered).
The children have started school without some if the uniform. The school is aware as lots of parents have complained about this supplier.

Extremely poor service. Uniform ordered before the August 2nd cut off and promised it would arrive in time for the new school year. They failed to deliver. Refused to answer any emails. Only after a lengthy phone call did they agree to send the items they had which included socks and bags and no branded uniform because they still need to be printed. This company is taking liberties with their poor service because they think people will come back to buy from them because they have too. I'll be giving feedback on the poor service to our sons primary school and suggest they find another supplier.
