Practice Manager The practice manager is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the practice. She works closely with the doctors and organises the reception staff. If you have any queries, suggestions or complaints please contact her. The practice has attached staff who run clinics in the surgery and see patients in their own home for nursing care and health education.

They may be contacted through the reception staff.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents. If you understand more about the illness it can help you to feel more in control. This booklet is for parents (and older children) and deals with common infections in children who are normally healthy. There is a good guide on the NHS website which describes various conditions affecting children.

Would just like to say thank you to all the staff to receptions to nurses and doctors for doing an amazing job all through out, specially during this pandemic.
Some people are complaining about not being able to get through on phones and all but that is to be expected.
All Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Staff are great and very helpful. Yes at times it takes a while to get through on the phone but that's only to be expected, after all, it's a doctors surgery. I want to thank all staff for all they have done during this pandemic. Staff are a credit to the surgery.

I was calling the surgery from when it opened. Just pressed the call button on and on again for the half an hour. This made about a 200 calls. And when I made through they told me that every appointment was taken. This is several day in the row... this practice became a joke.
