Great variety of shops in one place.
Large car park although because of the one way system had to circumnavigate the whole town to get in.
There's definitely an eclectic mix of shoppers too, from posh old ladies to trackie dack princesses and potty mouthed tattoo heroes.
And 20p to pee in disgusting toilets.
Still , always go there to shop so it must have something going for it.

Thankfully the majority of retailers are still trading. Great, clean, tidy, warm, indoor and friendly venue. Very good access for the disabled, wheelchair friendly and accessible toilet facilities. One of the key accessible toilets has a hoist and shower facilities and is very sizable and warm. It's kept very clean. Good on site staff availability. Good parking facilities, wheelchair friendly spaces and lifts with fair fees. Nicely decorated for the season. There's a good open cafe selling pricey drinks and food but to be expected in a shopping centre. Cash point accessible. Staff and security

I do not go in here often due to the stupid car parking charges. This place is so dead now. No people, half the stores boarded up and it has a dirty, dingy feel.
You need free parking, good stores and a good atmosphere to encourage shopping in this online era.
You need to offer free parking, at least 2 hours. Get those empty stores full of unique and quirky shops, even if you have to offer discounted leases and get a fun shopping environment again. If you don't, more shops will leave, more customers will leave and what was once a vibrant part of Mansfield will be lost. Do better.

After having to search high and low to find a 20p to use the baby changing facilities (not very family friendly) i opened the changing rooms/disabled toilet door and quickly closed it again. i wasn't prepared to walk into it never mind change a baby in it. the centre needs a clean, inviting, accessable enviroment for this and this is certainly not the case.

Used the car park today seen there was a card reader I don’t carry cash AT ALL and 99% of the time I don’t taje my bank card but luckily I asked my husband to borrow his to pay for the car park incase it wasn’t… contactless so I did my shopping had my hands full put my ticked in and out the card in the reader to find it wasn’t on. Nothing to say it doesn’t work so I pressed the help button and a ignorant woman answered I thought she was very rude. I explained I wanted to pay by card. I had to ask how to get my ticket back nothing was displayed you can&rsquo

It isn't the shopping centre that i wouldn't recommend - I use it all the time. Came into town today especially to see Santa as due to work and school, my little one hasn't seen him yet. I looked online last night and saw that the grotto opened at 10am. We arrived just after 10, little one full of excitement. Grotto was still closed and when I… enquited (with the elf 🤣) I was told that Santa was a no show and so wouldn't be opening until 12. Obviously time is precious this time of year and so we couldnt hang around for 2 hours. Very disappointed and upset 4 year old.
