Having completed her training at City of Bristol college studying VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing Nicola began her career in 2005 working in a salon. Nicola used the opportunity to learn and advance her skills and says that she owes a lot to her previous employer who encouraged her to expand her knowledge and set her standards very high - all of which enabled her to become the therapist she is today.
At The Treatment Room, we offer both basic and specialist waxing treatments, using both hot wax and strip/warm wax methods of waxing. Strip wax or warm wax requires a paper strip for removal. It is sticky and clings to the skin as well as hair in the area being waxed. Strip wax is most suitable for areas such as legs, back, and arms as larger areas can be covered and the strip waxing process is quicker than hot waxing.

Bio Sculpture Gel is an advanced nail treatment that strengthens and conditions nails. The flexible coating moves with the nails, protecting them, whilst allowing them to grow without breaking.
Celebrity brow treatment, beautifully sculpted brows for everyone! Patch test must be done 48 hours before treatment (this can be sent out to you in the post). Now thanks to a unique seven step brow shaping treatment, whether your brows are overgrown or over plucked, Brow perfect can sculpt your brows into the perfect shape for your face and transform the way you look and feel about yourself.

Absolutely fantastic massage! Eased a lot of my current stress. Very professional but friendly and felt totally comfortable in her hands. Nicola really listened to my needs in the consultation and even tailored the treatment to cater for what I told her. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be booking again.

I have been having treatments from Nicola for over 10 years. Nicolas professionalism is fantastic and she really knows her knowledge regarding beauty. Over the years I have had a range of treatments from Nicola and her colleagues from massages, facials, LvL lashes, eyebrows and Nails. I continue to book in with Nicola every 3/4 weeks without fail to have my Bio sculpture Nails infills and eyebrows tinted and waxed. During my visit at The treatment room you are welcomed with a hot drink and Nothing seems to be any trouble. The salon is a very relaxed environment, I would not go anywhere else for
