I don't often write and leave reviews, however I felt compelled to do so on this occasion because of the exceptional service I received from Gregg Maxam.
Gregg from the start was completely committed in helping find the best product, which in my situation was a complicated BTL remortgage on current residential property with equity release. I was after 75%LTV, which I was told by previous broker, I won’t be able to get. I was a bit sceptical of the upfront fees, that are required, but quickly realised it was worth paying. Gregg went above and beyond with his service, using his knowledge and experience
