Services
We have put in place measures of social distancing in our warehouse to drastically reduce contact and we have been informed by our couriers (Fedex and DPD) that deliveries are now non-contact, meaning that proof of delivery signatures are no longer required. The WHO have explained on their website that parcels are safe to touch even if they are coming from a place that the virus has been reported.

Ordered my sweaters a month ago and they still haven't shipped yet the expected delivery date is 2 days nobody will answer my emails or my messages on messenger I am begining to think I have been scammed and will never get my sweaters I ordered if I can't even get an answer as to why my stuff hasn't even shipped in a month

First 2 orders were free next day delivery and the company seemed to perform very well (apart from a couple of stock shortages). The subsequent orders have been £5 per delivery which you don't mind paying if they reach the right person. Our latest order was not received by the correct person or company as their courier handed to an unknown individual. When I contacted them about it there was 'nothing they could do' as the courier could prove that the site delivery address was correct and someone was willing to sign for the delivery. Hannah from Tradefix stated that they couldn't afford to replace

PLEASE NOTE:There is a company trading with a similar name of TRADEFIX ONLINE that is unscrupulous and fraudulent and will take your money and refuse refunds contrary to Consumer Rights Act 2015. The two companies are not associated but the similar name is causing issue. I have not traded with Trade Fix Direct and have no review for them. I am trying to warn everyone away from Trade Fix Online. Mark Jones and Helen Kelly run this company and they use telephone sales to promise things that they don't deliver on.
