I'd never been to a laundrette before this morning, but had to visit as my washing machine is broken. I had a great experience at the clean team laundrette. The lady was so friendly and helpful and made me feel really at ease! The washing was done in 25 minutes, which was amazingly quick, and only £5. So pleased with the service and experience there, and will be visiting again!

What can I say about the staff!!!!! Sarah is so nice. I would tell everyone to use this launderette. So professional. Used them for first time yesterday to dry (8/11/2020). Then went back again in the evening at 5.30pm, a very nice welcome return. Serves tea/coffee. The dryers are huge. I had two massive loads, they went into one dryer and cost £4.00 the cheapest anywhere!!!!!!!! Clean and spacious place, all machines are New and Work!
Definitely great value for money. Going again today as have 3 loads to dry looking forward to it. They also offer a collection service

Moved up to Hertfordshire a couple of years ago and just needed a launderette to dry our clothes during the winter months. At the begining of 2020 this launderette opened and what this launderette has that no others have is space. The owner Sarah made us feel welcome as soon as we went through the door. We were offered a cup of tea. We sat and spoke. These little things go a long way. Sarah as kept open during this pandemic so she can serve her customers. Sarah always is customer focus. The shop is so clean. And I feel so safe going into her shop. Sarah as you know I have tried a few launderettes
