Have you struggled with diets, perhaps lost a few pounds - only to put it back on again - and more? A balanced nutrition plan can make all the difference. Without counting calories, I'll help you to lose weight - and teach you how to maintain that perfect weight forever. We don't do embarrassing club meetings - just personal meetings in a relaxing environment, even in your own home if you wish.

So many people start with great intentions, but set unrealistic targets - like going to the gym. Unless you're a professional, this takes huge commitment. However, a small amount of exercise is incredibly important to managing your health and weight. I'll guide you through easy, sustainable programs - which match your time and motivation.

Jane Weir is a trained nutritionist from Ashby de la Zouch who knows a bit about looking good - and of the trials of keeping fit. Jane now offers support to slimmers, usually on a one to one basis - offering coaching on diet and gentle exercise which help you make small changes which deliver realistic, sustainable results.
SlimmerStyle is not a diet club, it's for people who want to improve their health and appearance in a sustainable way. That means things that are realistic, things that you can continue to do for years to come - not something painful that you can't wait to finish. Feeling intimidated in a gym, because everyone else is younger and slimmer (and know how the machines work!).
I offer a range of services to my clients - we can work together as much, or as little, as you wish. My service is highly personalised, and I create 1 to 1 programs to suit you and your other commitments. Sometimes that means we meet at my house, or your house if that suits better. If the only time you can go walking is at 6am and you want me to support you - I'll try and be there.
Last week was fantastic - ALL my clients lost weight and are even closer further to their personal goals! I work on a 1-1 basis with my clients either at their houses, at mine or I have just started doing Skype sessions as well - it is what ever suits you best. After an initial consultation I work out a personalised weekly diet plan that takes into account food likes and dislikes, family needs, meals out and exercise.
At Slimmerstyle we love flapjacks, especially healthy flapjacks! Unfortunately they are so often full sugar, honey and butter - especially if you buy them from the shops. So I have been looking for a recipe that is packed full of the good stuff and less of the bad - but that still taste great. I have tried lots of different combinations and have made a few that taste just like nutty cardboard but the other night I made these and they are lovely.
