Ordered at 8am in the morning, it was delivered by 2pm that afternoon. Pretty impressive!

Really friendly staff who are incredibly helpful with sorting what you need.

Shocking experience. If your looking for customer service don’t expect to find it here. Phone must of been left off the hook as tried 147 to get through in space of 4 hours. Eventually get through to be told they too busy to check for sizes. Made a wasted trip to find the size I was after wasn’t available. Really annoying and frustrating as a simple task such as this shouldn’t be difficult. Wouldn’t mind but they didn’t even offer to take my details to ring me back at a more convenient time for them. Not very accommodating. Wish there was another supplier otherwise I wouldn’t bother

I’ve always received fantastic service in this shop from extremely helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The uniform I need is always available and it takes the hassle out of school uniform shopping! Thank you 😀

Only local supplier of uniform for my daughter's school. Website offers click and collect service. Ordered on Friday, you have to wait for an email from the shop before you can collect. Email finally arrived the following Wednesday. You can only collect from 12 to 4pm on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday!! Uniform itself is OK. Trying to get hold of it is the issue

Has a sign on the door "due to lockdown 2 we will only be open Mon-Fri 12 till 4pm" so i got there at 3.30 and the shops closed,shutters openandlights on. So i called the number and asked why they are closed when the sign clearly says open 12-4. The lady tried to argue with me that it says "click and collect only" once I pointed out i was actually standing outside the store and reading the sign that says nothing about click and collect only she appeared at the door to tell me "theres another sign that is behind the shutters that you can only see when they are closed" thats useful to no one if you

Bought new chapter and Lord grey uniform , always have sizes I need and great quality items. Also do embroidery on other shirts so a bonus! Lovely lady always very helpful and polite.

Ordered early this morning picked up later the same day! Very good quality. Lovely polite lady and has loads of different uniform with and without school logos. Definitely going back.

Convenient shop with good range. Always has what i need. Prices as expected for school uniform. Hard wearing and easy to wash. I have only bought heronshaw uniform so unsure on quality of others but i would expect it to be the same good quality across all.
