HANOVER HOUSE REVIEW
Most of the innkeepers I’ve met have gotten into the business because they love hospitality, decorating a beautiful home, and cooking. Kim, the manager is not the owner and it shows. I rate her at a “C” for filling the role of front desk checkin, cook, and housekeeping. She is doing the best she can, but she does not have the right personality for the job.

This is the first bed and breakfast I have tried. I definitely thought is was a more personal experience than you receive at a hotel. The host Kim asks you what you would like for breakfast and you set up a time to meet in the dinning room in the morning. The breakfasts are staggered so that you usually do not eat at the same time as the other guests. She sets out a fruit bowel with your meal. The omelet and potatoes were good and she even gave me the recipe when I asked which I thought was very nice. The bed and breakfast is quaint. It is like stepping into a time machine. I like that because

During my stay at the Hanover house, I found the accommodations adequate and about average for a B&B. Kim, the sole manager of the location, was very friendly, helpful, and tried her hardest to tend to our needs during our time here. However it pains me to say that the owners are no longer the original ones mentioned on their website. For that matter, there seem to be many discrepancies on this location's site compared to the actual experience once you arrive. It appears as though the property changed hands, with the new owner not putting at much time and effort as the original ones once did. During

What a gem! This place is so lovely, very well cared for and beautifully furnished. My room was quite large and easy to move around in, with a HUGE bathroom. Everything was sparklingly clean and all the antique/original fixtures and furniture were in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about my hostess, Kim - she was genial and gracious my entire stay, very accommodating when we had a mix up (on my part) with my reservation at the very last minute. And breakfast was delicious, loved my veggie omelette! The free parking was a BIG perk, and I was able to

Loved it! The art and decor was beautiful, along with furniture and paintings. The room was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. It was clean and comforting. Kim was the best, she was funny and she knows how to keep you feeling comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious. The falls are right down the road, highly recommend.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from Niagara Falls with relative ease. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, and the breakfast was carefully prepared and tasty. Although the inn was open to children, we were given the general impression that children needed to be on their best behavior to not disturb other guests and not to break the many antique items in the house. The current owners of the inn had just recently taken over previous management of many years, so my guess is that the open to kids policy might change in the future.

Loved staying here! This place was decorated so nice and cozily, and the staff was just the same. The manager was so welcoming and very helpful, she gave great tips for our trip to make visiting Niagara Falls a great experience. Breakfast was great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing weekend at the Falls. :)

Excellent B&B experience from check-in to check-out! Well maintained, clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast cooked to order by a very friendly, helpful host (Richard). As already mentioned, it's very close to Niagara Falls NY State Park (about .6 miles). Saves on parking fees and if traffic is very heavy, you'll probably get there faster on foot anyway. The neighborhood is a little rundown but we felt safe walking around the area day or night. There was a free Blues Festival going on downtown (over Labor Day Holiday weekend). It was just a great stay; one we won't soon forget. We highly recommend
