Services
Ormerods Limited is based in Rochdale, working from a 35,000 square foot purpose built factory that we've occupied since 1995. We have a comprehensive pre-press studio with digital origination workflow and computer to plate (CTP) technology. Our extensive printing and finishing processes enable us to produce a variety of products on standard papers, metalized papers and film substrates on both our sheet fed and reel fed printing presses.
We can produce a variety of neck tags and bottle collars to match the labels on your products, ensuring colour consistency and quality control. We can also produce a wide range of other products including postcards, greeting cards, wall planners, calendars and gift wrap. All produced either on site, or managed by ourselves to our own high quality control standards.
Embellish your labels to give your products more 'shelf shout' and make them stand out from the competition. Hot foiling gives a premium look to your product and is used typically in the wine and spirit industry / luxurious product marketplace to enhance the overall look of the printed product. Embossing raises the surface of a particular element of your print giving stand-out presence on the shelf.
