Our business in Cambridge uses Grabbit all the time, we love them. We send a lot of high value parts around on short notice and Grabbit are always there when you need them! Fast, reliable, flexible and very friendly, top notch customer service and they always do their best to help you in a difficult or time sensitive situation. I had a fantastic experience with Grabbit and Run. We had to move five large and heavy suitcases from Oxford to Cranfield student accommodations in early October. Our date changed twice and we were making arrangements fairly last minute. The service at Grabbit and Run was world class - Issy in operations went above and beyond to be helpful and the courier himself was friendly and efficient. Top notch!

Absolutely can't do without them! Any time any day and they live up to their name. One UK customer wrote to me: "I’m trying not be too worried by the name of your courier, and I’ll be standing by.". I reassured him with "It's a Cambridge thing!" Needless to say the item was delivered on time.
