As one of its founding principles, CBS has always been, and remains, committed to providing a tailored solution matched with a personal service. We recently purchased four large Olivetti printers/photocopiers from CBS. The service we received was very friendly, professional and efficient right through from our initial discussions and the ordering process to the installation of the machines.

This ensures equipment is constantly working at 100% productivity, eliminating downtime and interruption to our customers business. All our service vehicles & delivery vans have pin-point accurate tracking.

Here at PSD Vehicle Rental, we have been a customer of Commerce Business Systems for 4 years and they have always been professional and efficient. We have been happy customers of CBS for over 6 years now. We currently have a fleet of 12 machines from CBS having just renewed a contract for 8 of these. We continue to be very happy with Andy and all the team at CBS. Service support on the ground is excellent with experienced engineers who take a pride in their work, 'Fletch' our regular service engineer consistently goes the extra mile to make sure our needs are taken care of. Bought printer cash and signed a 5 year service contact in Oct 2016
First 4 years all ok in 2019 we paid £93.93 average £7.82 per month
Early of 2020 Coronavirus virus hits and we trying to manage 3 small businesses from home and didn't realise till end of 2020 that CBS also hit by £36 per month. I checked with few other suppliers within the industry and they confirmed that spares and supplies were coming slow but no big price increase plus No one taken advantage of Covid19 rather many suppliers supported customers in many ways.
I called CBS about over 400% increase and usual contact said
