This a truly fantastic company.
Gordon done a car valet on my mums car prior to the car being sold.
The standard of the valet service was exceptionally high.
In mums word “The car looks new”
My elderly mums memory is not as it was and Gordons understanding and empathy here was very touching.
The communications I and mum received before, during and after the car valet were simply brilliant.

They cleaned the car, but the windscreen had two chips on it when I collected it. Why do people like this exist? They are not human beings, a clean car (which I paid for) is not worth a chipped windscreen.
Choose the cheaper lot, opposite asda. I don't know how these guys sleep at night, nasty, and not worthy of your custom.

Have both van and new car previously used the wash opposite Assda but after complaining about spots over car, with poor response tried Bay Valeting, what a difference father and son, and not a brush in sight, hot wash and wax BY HAND,, dried of and checked over, very friendly and a handy booking in system, noticed the difference in the shine on, both my black Dacia Logan and now my Dacia Duster, and you could see the rain running of the bodywork, yes no prob in recommending, both for service and the hand Finnish and these guys do care about your wheels, and wouldn't go anywhere else now, the other

My car was in a real mess. I coach childrens football and have 3 or 4 players in the car straight after games. There was ground in mud, food stains and general rubbish from last couple of weeks games. I think it was the worst they have ever seen. What a job they have done, the car is now as good as it was the day I picked it up from the showroom. It took longer than normal due to the state it was in but there were complaints and no extra charges. The guys at Bay Valeting are warm, friendly, funny and do a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone and will not be taking my vehicles anywhere
