We used JI for the supply and fit of carpets in our home. The service all the way through from survey right up to fitting was superb. James manages a great business, which is made up of a fabulous team of people. The fitters were fabulous....so meticulous, helpful and polite. The carpet quality is superb and considerably cheaper than the prices the large chains are charging without any compromise on standard. Would highly recommend this lovely local business. 5 stars from us !

These people are the BEST! When I had a small issue with a carpet that they had laid, they immediately came over and changed it for me ...no question of whether it could have been down to something we had done ...they just wanted to look after us and make sure we were happy, which is SO refreshing and impressive these days. They are a joy to work with and extremely efficient and clean workers and also have competitively priced carpet. You won't be disappointed if you use JI Carpets!

James and his team did a great job with both carpets and Amtico flooring in our house. They were very accommodating in dealing with a few additional requests and on a personal level they were always extremely polite and good humoured. In addition they were punctual and flexible in working around our schedule. I have no hesitation in using them in the future, and I recommend them and their work to anyone.
