Alex Vann

Alex graduated with a First Class degree in Design for Communication and has over 20 years' experience as a professional designer. Having worked at design agencies on many well known brands such as BMW, Cadbury, Marks & Spencer and the BBC. AVD's passion is for branding and they are dedicated to providing the best possible solutions to enable clients to achieve their aims.

We feel really lucky to have been able to continue working during a global pandemic, when so many other individuals and businesses have lost work due to restrictions and lock downs. The business model of Alex Vann Design has always been to facilitate 'remote' working as a lot of our customers are business owners themselves and can't always make face to face meetings - although of course that would be perfect, in an ideal world.

I was commissioned to do a logo design for a brand new, forward thinking accountancy company. I like the idea of optical illusions, clever images that make you look twice. To combine accountancy with the human element, I created a logo that is both eye catching and innovative using modern graphic design techniques.

It was a pleasure to work with Alex, not only did he bring my ideas to life but he was kind enough to provide me personalised logos to suit different sections of my business and also in different formats (social media friendly etc). I'm so pleased with my logo and the customer service and communication was excellent!
