Some quite nice features, but as a visitor to one of the residents I found it a bit "claustrophobic" on the road system. Very narrow (one car width), it is one way, but not sure how some of the guys manage to park next to their home.

We hired a Chichester Lodge with a hot tub. 10 minutes away from the site we had a phone call to say our hot tub wasnt working. When we booked in we were told they would chase up the part to fix it, and we would be informed the outcome...this never happened. Le Club, the clubhouse only had entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays, we went 3-10 Sept. The swimming g pool was only heated during school holidays. The Lodge was lovely, but in the bathroom there was an overhead shower but no non slip mat. No shop onsite, nearest 1 in the village was a 35 min walk, we dont drive and found getting to Ramsgate

Nice place but just a shame you can't enjoy sitting out side your caravan because they forever cutting the grass from 8:00 in the morning untill 4:00pm in the afternoon .
Was forced to go out after a very long drive . Also feel let down as the site had a covid out break but never email to let us know or to ask how we would like to go about our holiday....
Although all this on site some lovely places to visit just a shame about this site ..

Disappointed and angry, no mention of the club being open til 2a.m booming base line til then, also a lot of loud drunks followed by a lot of vehicle movement. If you did want to go for a beer it's not easy as the bar stools fill up making it unsafe to get a beer. I left on the second day as the music starts at 8a.m when the pool opens and is play for whole park to hear and they have removed all covid restrictions. the amusements have a boredom factor of 30mins and the play area the same. Caravan is single glazed so you hear everything. But more disturbing is that it really is not safe for children

I visited there while my sister stayed there with her family. Service was shocking while I'll was there, life guard to busy on his phone instead of watching the kids on pool. My sister said they were woken up every morning by jet washers and banging at 7am !. Parking is a nightmare and there was no nightly entertainment for the whole weeks stay. I wouldn't recommend.
