I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I made an Internet enquiry on Monday and received a call back straight away, a salesman came out to quote on Wednesday and the lift was fitted on Friday! Both the men who came out to our home were friendly and efficient as were the people I spoke to on the phone. The lift has been fitted so quickly and with no disruption or fuss. The price was also very reasonable. The installer ensured we were happy with the features before leaving the house, and all in all I am so pleased with the whole process.

Halton Stairlift were very professional from the go and gave me a great deal. I had a very bad experience with Prime stairlifts to get a stairlift fitted for my father, after wasting my time for a month and eventually saying they can’t do it, Halton done it without any problems very swiftly for a discounted price. Just spoke to a guy about a stairlift and asked what was the best price they could do one for. I don’t think he liked me trying to get it as cheap as possible and he went from full on salesperson chat to not saying goodbye at the end of our conversation and just put the phone down. I’d be cautious if I was elderly or if like me was trying to arrange a stairlift for an elderly parent. Me asking questions definitely didn’t go down well.

After doing some research, I wouldn’t choose anyone else but Halton Stairlifts. Great price, fantastic customer service, and call back really quickly. I never once felt under pressure to buy and they were so matter of fact about finding the right stairlift for us. Also good to support a local firm - the lads were so polite and did a great job, really quick! Thanks everyone.

I recommend Halton Stairlifts unreservedly. From survey to installation was less than 48 hours. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the process. The slimline stair lift recommended is perfect for the small space available. Great care was taken by the engineer to explain the features and how to work it safely. My mother needed a change of stairlift as her old one had broken. From the salesman to the delivery and installation to the customer service. These guys are second to non.
I cannot recommend these guys any higher. They have made my mum feel a lot safer during what is a horrible time for everyone. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

From initial phone call through to install was fantastic. At first we didn't know what would be the best stairlift but advised based on the configuration of the stairs. The chap that installed the stairlift (sorry can't remember his name) took the precautions to protect both of us and before leave gave us a full run down of the workings. Thanks for a great service
