I had a very bad experience with AKM aerials , I was left with a weak / no signal on my tv, When i asked the company to rectify the issue over the the phone i was confronted and shouted at initially by Andy ( the boss) After a 4 week wait for the problem to be sorted out by them i was told that i needed a filter
to rectify the problem and after allegedly fitting it i was asked to pay for the additional part. I pointed out at that they had given me a 5 year guarantee, Whatever AKM did or did not do clearly hasn't worked as my tv signal is still terrible, Once again i phoned Andy ( the boss ) to

AKM Aerials provided me with an excellent service, they were prompt, tidy, very accommodating and took the time to explain everything to me. They wall mounted our TV and explained to us clearly that our TV needed to be mounted on an external wall for strength and safety. They also dug a channel in the wall for our cables and plastered over nicely.
