At Nanny Plus, firstly we want to understand your particular circumstances, we listen to your needs, we ask about your lifestyle and your timescales and your budget. With excellent knowledge of the area and local childcare facilities; we are able to work with you and advise on all aspects of childcare.
Our aim is to ensure that candidates provided by Nanny Plus have been vetted to the highest possible standards. In order to achieve this, as an agency we guarantee that each candidate will have undergone a thorough personal and biographical interview, by an experienced interviewer. Completing a detailed application form prior to interview (you will be surprised how many candidates drop out at this stage).
Our fee structure is straight forward and transparent and is based on the salary agreed with your nanny. We offer a staggered payment option facility if required. We offer a straightforward no-quibble replacement free of charge if the employee leaves your employment within eight weeks.
If after four weeks we are unable to find a replacement, or you decide not to carry on with the search, we will refund your introduction fee (and only charge you a temporary fee for the time the employee worked for you).Our aim is to ensure that childcare candidates provided by Nanny Plus have been vetted to the highest possible standards.

Diana from Nannyplus, is simply amazing, very professional yet so friendly and kind also. She has helped me through a really difficult time with losing a nannyjob due to covid 19. Then has helped me find the job of my dreams. One of the many things I love about Diana is that she doesn't just fit any nanny to a family as quick as she can for the income. she suites the right fit and makes sure that both parties would work together and be happy and that is so remarkable and unique! Diana from Nannyplus is amazing nothing ever to big of a job for her and she is always at the end of the phone if you need anything . Diana got reccomended by my cousin and it has been a great help she gave me great tips for my social distancing park interview and I got offered the job that day. Thanks to Diana.
