We have both CNC & conventional machining capacity available to the customer. This facilitates producing smaller batch quantities of precision engineered items, that normally would not be suitable or economical for CNC Machines. We have both CNC Turning axis capacity & CNC Milling with 4th Axis capacity.
Additionally we retain finishing operational capacity in the form of Grinding, Honing, Lapping, and Bench facilities. In addition to Maypole's Birmingham's In house grinding capability, we are located next to Davies Precision Grinders who work closely with Maypole to offer our Aerospace customers a full Grinding Shop Capacity, with all work carried out controlled via Maypole's Quality department.

Our aerospace, defence industry and precision machined components and assemblies experience. Maypole Precision Products have over 30 years experience in the exacting areas of aerospace and the defence industry and are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of precision machined components and assemblies.
Used in Actuation systems as part of a Kit Assembly. This is another example of where Maypole have been able to re- produce an expensive casting & machined part, as a machined from bar product. Maypole re-engineered this part to allow manufactured from Bar rather than expensive Castings. We were able to half the original price and lead time for our customer.
Having achieved the industry standard in quality management systems for the aerospace sector AS9100 D:2016 for 12 years, Maypole precision Products Ltd are well placed for any aerospace or other precision work. Have preferred / approved supplier status for many well known industry giants who trust the quality of our work.
We produce from mostly Bar stock supplied from Customer approved suppliers. Materials range from various Stainless Steels to Aluminium & Ally Bronzes. Producing finished machine parts from Castings & Forgings is also a regular function. Maypole retain all records & traceability back to Mill. As a company we aim to supply a finished, high quality part to all our customers.
With ISO9001:2015 quality management, extensive CNC Milling and Turning facilities and an extremely experienced and skilled workforce we are adept to precision engineering in the Military sector. Our AS9100 D:2016 accreditation in Aerospace precision engineering requires the strictest tolerances, which demonstrates we can cater for Military engineering precision work.
