I rarely post reviews, positive or negative. However on this occassion I have to let anyone who is considering using LoveItLawns services know that they will certainly not be disappointed. Having our artficial turf laid just over two years ago we have experienced two minor issues both of which have been resolved immediately. The latest was just out of the two year warranty period however the day after reporting the issue the owner and his wife were at my house resolving the issue. I cannot speak highly enough of this comapny.

Didn’t even get to quoting stage. I was 6 minutes late for my appt (husband had forgotten and gone out!) neighbours kindly offered to show Love It Lawn into our garden as they know exactly what we want done. All they and I got was a barrage of abuse from the guy about being late. He’d left by the time I’d run home 6 mins later with my young son.

Well. I love it. From start to finish I felt that I was paying for a really good product with a reputable company.
On the day if installation polite staff started work quickly and efficiently.
4 hours later it was all finished, with no litter/ soil extras left behind.
A year later my clay soil had moved a bit and I called back for the in full service. Simon (I think was his name) booked in the work but refused to take any money. A year and a half later on, no settling issues and we are still loving using our garden far more than we ever did.
