Parking at Freshney Place Shopping Centre is simple - with two secure multi storey car parks providing more than 800 spaces. Our West Car Park is located near to the Market and Next, the East Car Park is located near our Primark store. Visitors on motorcycles are welcome to park in the centre car parks and the same parking rates apply as stated below.

Take your ticket as you enter the car park, stay as long as you like and when you are ready to leave, pay at one of our pay stations before returning to your car. Drive to the exit and insert your validated ticket into the machine to exit. Cycle racks are available on Frederick Ward Way outside Friary Walk and around the town centre.

It's a great place to shop, out of the cold, sit have a coffee a rest then shop again, only problem the local council, with high rates etc you will find most shops closing so the council can allow big companies to take over and small shops have to close.

I've shopped here for years. I remember when it were the riverhead centre. It's always been a friendly place, but my Nana got her nails done there at the nail Salon and it were filthy in the salon absolute Covid trap.

Quite a busy shopping centre with many high street shops available indoor. However, the space in the car park is quite narrow.

We come along to the Elf station today and we really enjoyed it and found it to be far superior to the ones you pay for, we really enjoyed meeting Santa and the Elves who were brilliant and also making their lists and posting, colouring in their reindeer and elf and looking around the displays, well done freshney place hope to see it again next year and thank you

Very huge place. Very polite and helpful staff. Easy to navigate around. Information centre is very helpful and useful. Stores have good discounts. Has free Wi-Fi connectivity. Has multiple entrances and exits. Toilets are very hygienic and clean.

Spacious walkways in shopping centre. Excellent car parking with lifts to shops. Pity some high street stores have moved out due to decline in High Street. Great choice of coffee shops.

Extremely run down and poor place to be now. More units empty than ever. Shops that are open are derelict and by five past 5 most shops shutting or even shut ( Poundland ). Clearly states open till 5:30. What once was a thriving place to shop is now a very sad state of affairs 😢. To be honest I don’t think covid for once is the blame

I enjoy coming to this shopping mall, and I'm now using the car park lott it's even better, nice selection stores, and do like the indoor market to, the only time I knew it was raining was when l left the mall, Mmmmm my only feed back would to have pay stations on each floor as I returned to the car l forgot to validate the ticket, which ment me… returning to the ground floor, leaving my parents in the car who we're subject to some abuse from a family who wanted my car park space, whilst I was away from them, but Still enjoyed my shopping trip Grimsby and will be back very soon.
