Absolutely awful customer service. I emailed 3 times which were ignored, I then emailed twice more and finally got a reply, however the reply to both of these emails was exactly the same.
Having ordered my sons first school uniform 5 weeks before the start of the school year, I expected it to have been delivered, or at least despatched by now. A week before school starts and it hasn't even been processed. They took the money rather quickly but trying to trace what is happening with the order is impossible. Ordered on line for my child's school uniform as it is the only place the school will allow you to buy the schools uniform from, and two weeks in still no uniform! I've called customer support 3 times to no avail they have no idea when the order will be processed or even when the order will be dispatched!! They don't seem to know what each other is doing in the business, when I asked if they could please dispatch the uniform as soon as possible as my child is waiting to attend school I was told I am in the cue the same as everybody else and that it could be another week or two before
