After calling and speaking to the very helpful staff and getting advice. I went online and Ordered some Veniard ultra lace tubing, some of it was showing out of stock. Really surprised when the whole order turned up within a couple of days of ordering.

16 days after my order and still waiting, seemingly they do not hold stock on many items so rely on their suppliers. Obviously they are only the middleman. They could have sent the items they had, now offering a partial refund, "ESSENTIALLY " you should look elsewhere unless your not in a hurry.
