Services
The purpose of PAT testing or Portable Appliance Testing is to ensure the safe use of appliances. We carry out PAT Testing Services in various establishments which include restaurants, schools, hotels, shops, and offices. The process of PAT Testing starts with a visual check of the item's lead and then the appliance itself.
Any electrical item or lead that is fitted with a plug or is connected to such a device e.g. PC, power lead, printer, phone charger, extension lead, table lamp, stereo, washing machine, TV, iron, power drill etc where it is not fixed wired into a socket. A regular program of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing) is all about electrical safety and reduction of risk.

First class experience. If only everything in life were this easy! John came out to test the appliances at my holiday let. I wanted a dedicated PAT testing company rather than a general electrician and couldn’t have chosen better. Great price, lovely friendly service, efficient and professional but oh so pleasant! I will use RMK from now on and be recommending to all. A great example of using a small local business.

Rang RMK hoping they could urgently PAT Test all of my AV equipment for my business PLI renewal.
John was very charismatic on the phone, not pushy at all, and rather than book for a week or two's time, he was able to fit me in the following day despite being a big job! Amazing!!
His work was very neat and thorough, very professional, and his advice on electrics was so good, I asked if he could PAT test my wife's business the same day.... which he did! Pricing was very good too!
Thanks very much John, really top notch stuff! I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my PAT testing!

I contacted John to organise some PAT testing I needed doing at my cafe in Worthing in respect of a Fire Brigade check. John responded immediately and was able to attend and do the job within 24 hours. So a prompt reliable service and also very competitively priced. Fantastic service! I rang in the morning and had my equipment PAT tested by the afternoon, so nice and easy for me. John was very quick and efficient, and super friendly! I even joked over the phone about him bringing donuts... and he did!! I don't think it gets much better than that really! Thank you John, I shall see you next year when the PAT test is due!
