Hamish is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He has over twenty five years of insolvency experience and was formerly a Senior Manager with the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Services practice of Ernst & Young in Exeter. He has both Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and JIEB qualifications and experience in all sectors and types of corporate and non-corporate formal insolvency work.
We offer a full range of formal and informal Insolvency Services to Companies, Individuals and Partnerships. If you have cash flow problems or financial difficulties, or are trying to recover an outstanding debt or need to talk through your financial concerns, we can help. The members of Richard J. We advise on all aspects of and take appointments in partnership insolvency including interlocking Individual Voluntary Arrangements(IVA's), Partnership Voluntary Arrangements (PVA's), Partnership Administrations, the insolvency of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's), and the compulsory winding up of unincorporated partnerships.
We provide advice and /or information on Debts, Informal Arrangements, Debt Management Plans, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Relief Orders, County Court Administration Orders, Bankruptcy, Deceased Insolvent Estates, Fixed Charged and LPA Receiverships. In some cases an IVA or bankruptcy is not appropriate and a debt management plan or other informal arrangement is preferable.
