This agency is such a great agency to work through. Holly helped guide me through the process of becoming Ofsted registered a while back when I was very new to nannying professionally, and she's been very kind and supportive while I've been job hunting recently. I have worked some fantastic temporary bookings in the past few months which have been… so fun. After some trial shifts I had my first proper day at my new long term job yesterday and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't have found this job or any of my previous temporary bookings without the agency and I'm so glad I enrolled! 😁

I have been signed up to the parent and child nanny agency for a good few years now but never needed work until now, but Hollie has always been fantastic with emailing job opportunities or extra babysits over, and keeping intouch. i have just been placed with a fantastic family and extremely good communication for this to happen even through covid and social changes.. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with the agency. We needed a childcarer at very short notice to look after 4 boys whilst we attended our fathers funeral away from home. Holly was super helpful, and the service received was a high standard. The nanny herself was super and we completely had the stress taken away from us.

Holly is efficient and goes above and beyond in finding the right nanny for circumstance. Finances were clearly and concisely explained with total transparency. We had an excellent experience at a time of great difficulty following an unexpected and serious diagnosis of mum with baby of 4 months and toddler. Holly went out of her way to find the… best person possible for the job and she certainly delivered. The nanny was exceptionally adept at not only taking over the little ones with care and compassion but supporting us all whilst fitting in seamlessly into the household. I know that Holly

We had a very poor experience with this agency. The nanny resigned within a matter of weeks of starting with us. Holly showed no ownership when it came to finding a solution. In spite of the fact that the agency’s placement fees were almost as high as the nanny’s total earnings for the short time she stayed with us, there was no question of any refund. If our experience is anything to go by, I would say that Holly is a person who gives her good ear to the nanny and turns her deaf ear to the client.

We had too many wedding guests for our ceremony, so reluctantly had to ask some of the children to have a play session.
It couldn't have worked out better with our two wonderful Event nannies. The children had a whale of a time exploring the grounds and doing craft activities based on the sculptures there. Thank you so much for putting the children at ease, engaging them so well and setting them up for a fantastic fun filled day, Janine and Tracy!

We used The Parent & Child Nanny agency to hire a nanny to look after our 9 month old for our wedding reception and it could not have gone better! The nanny (Aphra) was simply amazing!! We barely even knew she was there and our little one absolutely loved her. She fitted right in, looking after our daughter and keeping her entertained whilst still keeping a very close eye when family members wanted a cuddle so they didn’t miss out. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - we didn’t need to worry all afternoon /evening, and I would happily have paid double for the fantastic service

We have used The Parent & Child Nanny agency for the last 4 years. Initially Holly found us our full time Nanny who has been excellent, and is still with us. Since then we have used the agency to find nannies to cover annual leave. Without exception Holly has always sent me wonderful nannies who have been fully vetted, are professional, trustworthy and fit into our busy family life. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the agency.

The perfect nanny provided for our very lively 3 year old (mum was bridesmaid) at my daughter's wedding. Simply booked, details given, nanny arrives and took charge, doing absolutely everything we asked for. Hardly knew she was there but 3-year-old where he was wanted and when! Fabulous.
