Quote appointment was arranged and was late by 30 mins, not professional. We both made verbal agreement on price, access, payment and time. I was then told by text message that I would need to find another cleaner. Clearly in breach of verbal agreement, also privacy policy did not cover financial data. As my home keys would have been passed to Eazi Clean I asked on what security was in place, Name and address will be displayed on keys and locked away in a draw in bedroom. I stated this is not safe and will not be leaving key with lewis. Lewis don't allow set time with customers as all day time

I would 10000% recommend Lewis. He is absolutely amazing. He has scrubbed my home from top to bottom and left the place sparkling.
