We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border. We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor.

Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is able to offer a superb range of event furniture hire in and around the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and the Surrey area. Autumn & winter discounts are available on all of our event furniture hire and dance floor hire from our base in Maidenhead.
Our current stock of event furniture consists of chair hire (limewashed wooden chiavari chairs & stackable white plastic bistro chairs), table hire (6ft trestle tables, 5ft round tables and 4ft round tables etc), bar furniture (poseur tables and chill out box seats with coffee tables) and also dance floor hire (both parquet and black & white dance floors).

Our marquee heaters ensure that we are able to provide a snug & comfortable marquee area for your guests throughout the autumn and winter. We stock the Arcotherm EC32 which is a diesel fueled, thermostatically controlled marquee heater. The heater itself sits outside of the marquee and warm air is blown into the marquee via a ducting tube.
We are able to provide you with a blank canvas with our simple, neutral ivory lining ready for you to add your own finishing touches if required, such as bunting, balloons, pom poms, coloured lanterns etc. We are also able to supply a range of swags, trim, drapes, starlight lining and lighting effects as per the images below.
Our clearspan marquee structures are manufactured in Germany by Rder HTS Hcker. The clearspan marquee, also known as a frame marquee offers functional ruggedness at its core, making it suitable for numerous applications throughout the year. The clearspan marquee is a self-supporting structure thanks to its solid metal framework construction.

I very belatedly decided on having a marquee for my son's 18th Birthday party! I called Marcus on a Friday in November (a week before the intended date). He came round the following Monday - marquee erected on Wednesday - Party on Friday with over 100+ teenagers! - Marquee came down on the Tuesday.
I could not have picked a better company for hosting the party. Marcus even texted on Saturday to see how the party went - what great customer service. The guys who helped put up the marquee were great - let my dogs run amok as they wanted to join in.

I can not rate Bay Tree Events highly enough. From the get go, Marcus was so helpful and accommodating. The set up for the marquee for our at home event was so professional and the end result - amazing! Our guests were so impressed with how beautiful the marquee looked, it far exceeded all expectations. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and I do not hesitate in recommending.

We hired a Marquee for our Wedding party and we just cannot get over how incredible it looked!
Marcus arrived the day before to set up the marquee and during this he walked us through how the extra walls worked and what to do when the event was over.
The marquee itself was absolutely stunning, and it was one of the main things that our guests were talking about!

Fantastic service from Baytree. I was recommended them by a friend and was not disappointed. Marcus was regularly in contact with me and gave great advice regarding the marquee and the cabling I needed. The marquee was erected quickly with no mess and the guys were super friendly. Marcus is wonderful, and supplied us with a marquee for a garden party. He was easy to communicate with, helpful in deciding the right size structure we would need, and also provided us with some lovely extras to use during our event. His team was friendly and efficient, getting the marquee both set up and taken down in less than half a day, and guiding us in how to use the lighting and how we could customise the decorations of the internal walls and ceiling. We certainly recommend Bay Tree Events.

Marcus from baytree events was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish. We originally ordered just chairs for our wedding day but due to restrictions we had to quickly change our requirements. Marcus was quick to respond and gave us really useful recommendations.
We ended up using his Capri Marquee and your honestly can't go wrong with the choice. Marcus was there first thing and the set up was super quick with no issues.
