From the initial visit to the showroom, through to the eventual installation of my mother’s memorial, the service from Bartlett Brothers was outstanding as always. Mark in the workshop took time to ensure that he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve for this highly personal tribute and he and his colleague then spent many hours creating, adapting and fine-tuning the memorial until perfection was reached.
