Services
We, at A.J. Grant & Sons, have been involved in the trailer and towing industry for over 50 years and are the largest trailer manufacturer in the North of Scotland. We specialise in the manufacture of standard goods trailers, argo trailers and special build trailers as well as supplying trailers from Trelgo and Wessex.
We currently hire a car transporter trailer, box van trailer, with other trailers being added. All our hire trailers are all well maintained to the highest standard. All trailers are available for hire from daily to long term contracts at the most competitive prices. All hire trailers are provided with a theft deterrent device, full road lighting and spare wheel.
We offer a service exclusive to holiday makers whereby we aim to have your problem fixed that day, enabling you to go about your holiday with the minimum of fuss. At A.J. Grant & Sons we recommend that you service your trailer every six months to keep it road legal and prevent large bills if things do go wrong.
If you want to build your own trailer A.J. Grant & Sons can provide everything you need from steel to suspension and hitches to hinges. Most importantly, we will provide all the necessary advice to comply with current legislation. We offer a comprehensive range of spares to fit a wide range of trailers whether manufactured in the UK or in other E.U. countries.

We had a fault on our towing socket on the day we were due to leave Nairn for Skyke. Mr Grant was very busy but he made time to check the socket and then allowed us to come back with the caravan and park whilst he replaced the socket. COst was very reasonable indeed and we remain most grateful to him.

We recently had a towbar fitted with this company. Catrina arranged for Angus to give us a lift to the hospital for my appointment and the tow bar was fitted whilst I was at hospital and he collected me too. The service was first class and they were very helpful. The price was what we were quoted. Have recommended you to friends and will be back for our next towbar.
