Personal coaching is a conversation or series of conversations between you and your personal coach in order to determine your goals.

Family Mediation is a process available for couples to use to resolve important issues arising out of their relationship break down, for example, addressing how to separate your finances or how best to look after your children following separation without the need to go to court. These are issues that can be so challenging and painful but that have to be dealt with before you can begin to live your lives separately.
Just a quick e-mail to say thank you for your help and assistance over the past couple of months. Whilst difficult and at times frustrating, I know that we wouldn't have made as much progress as we have, without you guiding us along the path in a safe, friendly and non biased manner. I recently underwent several mediation sessions with Viv regarding divorce.
My Wife and I both began wanting the same things from a relationship, we had similar and complimentary goals in life for both our careers, children, and hopes for the future. Over a period of time, we began to not necessarily grow apart, but the day-to-day was driving a wedge between us, and work demands keeping us apart for extended periods.
The aim of personal life coaching is to narrow the gap between the reality of your life as it is and the way you really want it to be. Life coaching enables you to act more effectively to achieve this than you would have done if you had acted alone. Coaching is a partnership which challenges you to recognise and build on your strengths and values and find positive ways to make changes and move forwards to achieve your goals.
I am writing to say thank you for all that you have done to help me move forward through what has been the most challenging period of my life to date. Your compassion and wisdom have created a safe space for me to explore what I want to do, and more importantly be, in the future. I have really appreciated your exceptional ability to listen with warmth and then to distil and hone in on the most useful questions or areas for reflection.
