South Worcester Shooting Ground has provided Clay Pigeon Shooters with high quality shooting since 1987. The ground is situated on open land close to the small town of Upton-upon-Severn in South Worcestershire with easy access from the M5 or M50. Over the years, the owner, John Clements, has developed a variety of clay targets, from the high pheasant to the elusive bolting rabbit.
With its open attitude it is an ideal ground for beginners but still finds enough cover to challenge even the best. John and his wife Pauline are always on hand to give you a friendly welcome and provide everything you need including cartridges, refreshments and plenty of advice if you need it. Cash, cheques and transfers using your phone are all acceptable but sadly not credit cards.

Services
In 1987 Pauline and I started the shooting ground at South Worcester with the aim of providing quality clay shooting for everyone. We haven't forgotten our roots so on a Sunday you have the choice of 60, 80 or 100 sporting targets, with something for everyone. The private tuition field is a facility that no one else in the area matches and remains very popular with newcomers, encouraged by our enthusiastic instructors.

This weekend is an open day to clay pigeon shooting, I’ve never tried it before and loved it. £10.00 for 10 shots plenty of experienced staff to introduce you to and support you through the process safely.
I didn’t have to wait very long. Lots of stalls to buy things regarding shooting and refreshments too.
Everyone seemed very friendly, it was a lovely atmosphere and safe.
I’m thinking of going back tomorrow with all the family.
