Services
Mutneys Professional Pet Care Ltd was started by Jamie and Stephanie Roberts in 1995. As their families had always been involved in the dog showing and dog grooming world, it seems like a natural progression for them to take their love and knowledge of our four legged friends and develop a range of dog grooming equipment.
We have been sharpening blades and scissors and servicing dog grooming clippers for over 20 years, and now our service is back with an optimised process and new automated machinery that removes human error, guaranteeing great results every time. Our lapping machine only takes off the amount of metal required to give a good edge and is set and calibrated every day to ensure a consistent result.
Mutneys has been a part of the dog grooming industry for 25 years. We have always worked closely with groomers to develop new products and make sure our company is providing what you need to follow your passions. Over the last few months, it's become obvious that community is everything and so we have teamed up with three dog groomers to become our Mutneys Ltd Brand Ambassadors.

Very poor customer service indeed on deliveries.
When responding to enquiries - Mutneys dont even bother to check that you have already waited "more than 5 working days" for an order.
Also falsely claim that they are unable to pursue this with Royal Mail as the tracking shows "still awaiting update".
So I had to do it myself.
I have made similar requests to Mutneys main competitors over the years - and thay have dealt with my reasonable requests both promptly and efficiently.
I also note the 1 star review on here of Woofhead Woofers and their experience in respect of the Faulty Andis ZR2 Clippers

I bought the de shedding shampoo and a conditioner for my black Labrador. I really worked the shampoo into his fur and i had his hair up my legs, arms, hands, feet and knees and on the grass. Thoroughly rinsed it off as per instructions , mixed the conditioner with water and then sprayed it on his coat. I only used a few sprays and worked that in to his coat for a few minutes and left him to dry himself off. His coat , once dry I combed his fur through to remove any hair that had shedded and got a fair amount out. I have to say both products worked brilliantly. So much so that I will continue doing

Purchased a set of limited edition Andis Pulse ZR2 clippers. The item arrived with no Manuel, so they sent one out.. not a major problem. Then on picking up the clippers there was a significant rattle in the body of the clippers, not at the head, where you’d expect some movement, but in the body.. it sounded like a small pea was loose rattling around.. so I called them, they said to return them but I’ll have to pay the postage, but if they’re not faulty we won’t pay you the postage back. I said.. OK. I’m 100% sure an electrical item should not rattle whatsoever... I was sure I would get

Fantastic company, with very knowledgeable staff. I have ordered many times online and over the phone. Quick delivery. If you get the opportunity to see them at one of the many show they attend and need advice, these are the people to see. We have also had the pleasure to have there mobile van visiting the our Salon, and wow very unique idea!! Brilliant to be able to handle items and not just see them in a catalog. 5*
