Master Junk Removals handles just about everything that a modern household may possess. We will undertake complete house clearances or the disposal of single items. Your junk may include bulk house furniture, electrical items, soft furnishings, clothes, toys etc. You may also trust us for eco-friendly disposal of green waste, mattresses, fridges, paint and building materials.
All cancellations of bookings made in advance should be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. All appointments scheduled for same day removal should be cancelled with at least 1 hour notice of the service. In all cases where less than the stated notice is provided, customer will be subject to 25 Cancellation Fee.

Overall great service! We needed beds, sofa's and various other stuff taken away. It did cost slightly more than the original quote on the phone but the sofa was huge. They arrived on time and were professional and got the job done. Will use them again.

I am rating 1 as 0 is not possible. After having been promised by the manager a price between £220 and £270 (with no expected material deviation) based on detailed pictures I provided and a 15 minute phone discussion, they showed up and told me the price would be £828. A classic dishonest, scammer technique where you are hooked up by a low price and when they are at your place you cannot not pay them.
I would have accepted a slight increase of say 10-20% but multiplying price by 4 whilst I had provided pictures is a total scam. I hope you will not use them.

Please be careful using this service. The guys arrived two hours late, and not wearing masks. I was charged a further £50 and told to pay over the phone there or then, otherwise the guys wouldn’t leave. I was in the middle of a very important meeting, I work front line, and the office phoned me 5 times. It was awkward, over priced and intimidating. The removal men were nice and polite but I really felt for them not having masks.

Thanks for the professional junk removal services. I received a quote in 2 min and the team arrived in less than 2 hours. Super happy that I was able to book this service during this pandemic situation. They continue to operate every day and I will definitely book with them again for my yard waste. I received a very quick call back and the a collection was arranged the same day so I bagged up the items I had photographed for my quote. When the driver arrived he didn’t even really talk to us took photographs and went straight back to his van and we received a phone call demanding more money or a £30 cancellation fee. It seemed to be an obvious… scam. If using this company by extremely careful to take very detailed pictures so they cannot attempt to extort more money off you. Another review mentioned an abusive and threatening phone call regarding a dispute about an invoice

I received a phone call on the day of the removal to remind me that they were coming later in the morning, which I really appreciated. The two workers came as promised and within a short space of time, the job was completed. They were very polite and efficient.
