I had searched online for lace boots as I wanted something totally different, unique and sexy! Something outside of the norm! I spotted these absolutely perfect boots online and fell in love at first sight. I was not sure about ordering online and kept looking locally but kept going back to these beautiful lace boots.

I cannot recommend the House of Elliot highly enough.
Everyone has been extremely personable, helpful and professional from choosing my boots to receiving them in the post. It was so personal, to the sizing, emails and the small handwritten note; I was made to feel like an individual and not just another buyer.
The boots ... well where to start!?! I wanted something alternative and untraditional as my bridal gown was very vintage. I choose the black lace and they are the most beautiful boots I've ever seen. I wore them for the entire day (much dancing included) and my feet didn't hurt.

I ordered my boots with international shipping and they arrived within the week! I am beyond impressed with the customer service, shipping and quality of my Josephine boots! I am SO in love with House of Elliot… and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a unique wedding day look. I received compliments from guests all day and I hope I can find another excuse to wear them soon!

I was just looking through pictures and realised I never left a review of how amazing my wedding shoes were! Literally everyone commented on them on the day and they were so comfy. I just need an excuse to wear… them again now. Nicole was so helpful when it came to sizing etc.. and giving delivery info. I was advised to order a size smaller than what I am, which I was a bit dubious of, but they fit perfectly. Would highly recommend!

I can't recommend enough House of Elliot! The shoes are amazing, the details everything is perfect. Nicole is such an angel, I've got some issues with the payment but she gave me a solution. She answer very quickly too. I just can't wait my wedding day just for those shoes! (don't tell my husband! Lol)

Goodness me! What a find these were! From design, to craft, to care these boots are INCREDIBLE! I love them! Im part of the wedding circuit and have come across House OF Elliot Lace boots before and was desperate to get my hands on a pair - and they didn't' disappoint! I went for the black ankle boot - love them! and now I've spotted the accessories and Garter collection!! fabulous.

INCREDIBLE. These boots are BEYOND stunning. The pictures do the craftsmanship no justice. I fell in love with them when I saw them online and immediately knew I had to have them for my wedding day. Just when I thought I couldn't be more in love with them I received them and when I opened the box I was blown away. Nicole was a true professional and assisted with all my questions with a quick turnaround time despite me being in the US. She was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything! Nicole was extremely helpful when I needed some advice about the sizing of the Lottie Elliot Lace Ankle boots. We seem to have got it right first time and they are very comfortable, which is essential as I plan to do a lot of dancing on the Big Day. The rounded toes and slightly padded insoles are ideal and they’re really easy to put on and tie up. The material is very high quality, it’s just a shame I will only get to wear them properly once. Delivery was quick, despite the busy Christmas period, and the shoes were packaged in a lovely Ivory box

Not only was Nicole interested in making sure I was completely happy with my order, she also took interest in other details of my wedding.

I am so delighted I found House of Elliot. Nicole is simply amazing, so helpful and thorough. I wasn't quite sure which size to order in the Lotti Elliot boots becauseI have bunions and it narrows your market when choosing footwear. I sent my foot measurements to Nicole and she picked the right size. When the boots arrived, I felt like a child in a candy shop. They were packaged so beautifully and really are a work of art. They are so comfortable and look fabulous with my wedding dress too. I cannot wait to wear them. One very happy customer.

I used the online chat on the House of Elliot website to enquire about which style of boot might better suit my dress. I spoke to Nicole who was not only incredibly helpful but took a real, genuine interest in my dress and the wedding itself. I felt as if I was speaking to someone who had a real passion for the products she was selling as well as the complete satisfaction of the customer.
