Services
Norwich Student Lettings specialise in letting to students and realise that our house may be the first one you have ever let. We have formed a catalogue of informative posts and videos to help you along your tenancy journey. You will be shown how to do this at check in. There should be a lever by your gas meter, turn this lever 90 degrees either way from the pipe to turn off the flow of gas to the house.
Contact Details - Please complete your full HOME address including postcode (not your uni address). We must have your mobile number, but we don't need a landline. General Information - You must complete all fields and leave an explanation where required. Documents - You do not need to upload anything here, however you will be required to show your passport or your driving license & birth certificate at the signing of the contracts.
If you require a key or key fob for the property to be replaced, the cost of the replacement key/fob will be passed on to you with an invoice to demonstrate proof of cost up to a maximum of 50 inc vat. If you request an early termination of your tenancy, outside of any break clause stated in your tenancy agreement, you may be required to make payment of rent until the tenancy is terminated and cover the loss incurred by your landlord.

In order to effectively process applications, conduct tenancies, manage properties and meet legal requirements, we must collect, process and store personal data from applicants, tenants, parents and guarantors.

Me and two others have been living with Champion Property and it's been really great - we've always received a quick responses via the Artur system, and those problems were resolved just as quick.
For example we had an issue with a tap leaking in the kitchen, then a pressure issue on our boiler which was fixed within a few days of alerting the problems. Aside from that, our property manager is very friendly and professional to talk with, certainly makes us feel at ease aha.

Please ignore the previous comments. Norwich Student Lettings is without a doubt, the best letting agency for students in Norwich. Jo is quick to respond to issues, easy to contact and keeps her houses in an amazing condition. When my house had slight issues with being cold, she fitted an amazing system which made the house warm, cosy and more cost effective.
My house had lovely Mexican pine furniture, good quality appliances and the walls were freshly painted. It was a lovely transition from living with parents as it was up to such a high standard.

I had a terrible experience with this agency. The quality of flat was very good and their process very streamlined - however the staff were difficult to deal with and, while we had a good relationship until then, at the end of the tenancy we found them unreasonable and intimidating regarding unexpected issues which came up after we had moved out.
My strong recommendation is to record all conversations in writing and take many photos when you enter and leave the apartment.
Overall I found them to be very unprofessional and bullying toward the student tenants and very much regretted getting involved
