We arrived at 6.45pm table booked for 7pm, the other 4 members of our party were close behind us. The place was empty when we arrived, we ordered and every other table received their food, we reminded them over an hour after we ordered. Our food arrived.
My daughter and I ordered the lobster and it was a very small portion, 3 small bite size pieces each and a mound of undercooked pasta (it was more than al dente!), the cost was £45. The did take £15 off our lobster and spaghetti meal however after that we were basically ignored.
Lack lustre service would be a compliment!!

Beautiful restaurant and the food was absolutely out of this world. We all had different choices from the specials list that certainly didn't disappoint. Service was also very good and anything that the waiter didn't know he went straight to ask the kitchen and was able to give us quick answers. Will definitely be going back.

The pizzas are delicious. I've been there before the pandemic and after, and it seems like they now make even more better pizzas than before.
The ingredients looks fresh, you can add ingredients to customise your pizza at an acceptable price.
To my opinion, gattuso's might be the best pizza place in town.

This has got to be the best restaurant I have visited in Cambridge! I highly recommend, the staff are super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. Children are welcome and they are amazing with them too, my daughter is a very fussy eater and I struggle to find places out that she will eat but at gattuso’s she’s is very comfortable and will eat a lot from the menu even their pizza and she hates pizza but she says “not this pizza mum, this is good pizza, it’s the best ever.” I was shocked as I’ve tried her with so many different pizza places, but I

Spectacular food with a warm welcome. Alex, our waiter, was excited to find the dishes we'd most enjoy -- happily working with a no-pork group dietary restriction that cut away a good chunk of the menu. Ultimately, he decided to create some bespoke plates that he hoped might "wow" us.

This was possibly one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to outside of Italy. I was quite boring with my order this time but some of the food I saw on other tables looked amazing. Everything was so tasty and staff were pleasant. I went on a Saturday and it was a bit busy and chaotic as it took a while to get first drinks but it didn't spoil the visit.

It's easy to miss this restaurant since it's very inconspicuous. It's right on the right after the bridge. Only ordered the pizza since I read some reviews about it being the best in Cambridge, not going to lie it's probably the best pizza I have had on this side of the pond! The staff is just extremely friendly and hospitable. Most definitely coming here often for the pizza. Update [cane here almost twice a week before I left, loved every pizza they made]

The price slightly increases when it became the Gattuso's but everything else remains. Fresh ingredients, flavourful pasta, tasty pizza. Personally, its homeliness and authenticity still make it the best Italian restaurant in town.
