Fantastic service from help deciding on which hot tub to choose to getting it delivered and installed. I was struggling to remember and master a routine on how to look after the tub but with the help and advice from all the staff I'm getting there! We have just had our new ALPS party Spa installed by Dave and his team.
Over the moon with the spa and would like to comment on the great professional service provided by this family run company with friendly staff who cannot do enough to help you.
Nothing was too much for them, our chosen location for the Spa presented a few problems but they managed to accommodate our needs with ease.
Thanks guys. Don't forget the new fish tank!!!

Initially we hired a tub for a weekend - customer service was fantastic from start to finish. We then decided to buy and again we cannot fault the customer service we received from the initial order, to installation to support which is only ever a phone call away(I fear I may become one of THOSE customers :-) ). Would highly recommend and already several of our friends have made hire bookings and I am sure these will turn into sales!!!!!! Thanks David and Jonny! :-)
