I spent years trying to find a hairdresser in aberdeen when i first moved here. Then i found Lainey. I have been going to Lainey for over 15 years now. She is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, fun and friendly. The new salon on Dee street is truly an extension of her. I love going along to enjoy the relaxing environment. I have always left feeling truly pampered, refreshed and with a fabulous new hair do. If you haven’t tried this salon already, I would highly recommend that you do. You don’t know what you are missing.

I started going to Lainey in April after the end of the last lockdown. From the off, the friendliness via messages was clear and I knew i would feel comfortable.
The best colour and cut I have ever had (a very icy blonde) and now I have upgraded to hair extensions which are fantastic.
The new salon is amazing too!

I've been going to House of Hair for years (as has my whole family) as the cut that Lainey gives me not only looks good when it has just been done, but continues to look good until it is time to get it cut again. The staff in the new premises are really welcoming and friendly, and there is a car park for patrons which is great for a salon in town.

Been going to The House of Hair for some time now but first visit to their brand new premises on Dee street today. Absolutely beautiful premises. So much bigger, but a wonderful welcome on arrival then up to… the new hairdressing floor. Very stylish throughout. Abby has made me feel wonderful again. Always delighted with my hair when I leave the salon. Would highly recommend a visit.
