How long will a treatment take? Treatments generally take around an hour. Your first treatment will begin with a detailed consultation to establish any particular concerns or symptoms you may have. During the consultation, I will ask questions about any medical conditions you have and medications, stress levels, any areas of concern and any levels of pain experienced.
