I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received today for my daughter birthday!
Not only did Mark set up what I had paid for (disco dome bouncy castle) but we had a little girl who suffers with her eyesight and doesn’t like the dark. Mark went to his van and got another bouncy castle out for us free of charge and some buggy carts.
Absolutely incredible and such a lovely man!

We hired the slide bouncy castle and didi cards - they were absolutely brilliant!! Our 3 year old loved it, and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. He was prompt, set up in advance of our arrival and came to dismantle everything on time. He was so friendly and accommodating - would highly recommend

Amazing service, so efficient and polite. Had a phone call in the morning to confirm everything and time of expected arrival. Everyone loved the bouncy castle and great value for money also. We have used jumpin jax for several occasions a year now over the last 5 years, christening, bday parties and house warming parties and the services we get has been outstanding every single time!
Great communication through the bookings, upgrades of equipment if available on the date, and mark has an impeccable knowledge of the best and most practical way of making the party/occasion flow perfectly for all ages!

The service provided by Mark was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure that our members had the best party ever. I have received so many emails today telling me it was the best yet! Everyone loved the disco bouncy castle and the added addition of the photo frame and props ensured that everyone went away with lasting memories of the party. Once we have secured our date and venue for 2017 we will be booking you again immediately.
