Berry Construction do things differently. Unlike the majority of estate agents, we do not deduct a monthly project management fee from your rental income. Instead we charge fair prices only when we're called out to your property. From yearly gas safety checks and regular smoke alarm tests, to complex building work we've got you covered.

We have used Berry Construction to do our loft conversion in Tooting through a recommendation and were left very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the builders: Tomas was very attentive to our needs and even tried to work around nap time of our 1 year old boy not to make too much noise. Giacomo have constantly updated us with his regular emails on the progress and gave us sufficient advise on the choices of specific product we had to make.
Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

An incredible eye for detail was what impressed me most for example matching the spindles at the bottom of the house with the loft conversion so that there was a real flow to the house. All workmen were professional, approachable and keen to please. Good value as the loft conversion looks as fresh today as when it was installed.

Having already done one loft conversion on a terraced house in Clapham using one of the pile-'em-high-sell-'em-cheap outfits, we decided we wanted to work with a builder more concerned with doing a quality job than stripping everything out and keeping the price rock bottom and maximising their cut.
We did our research to make sure we made the right decision and chose Berry after a number of conversations with various conversion companies. The price was fair for the work to be done and in line with other quotes we received.

Dan and the team completed a full house renovation and loft extension and went the extra mile in all areas. The work was impeccable, completed ahead of schedule and with Dan and the others coming up with some great innovative ideas on the build structure and finish. We would thoroughly recommend them and they have gone on to work on a number of friends houses.

Berry Consruction rennovated our two-bed first floor flat. The workmanship was first rate and all of the team were professional and considerate. We were expecting a new baby so had a short turnaround time for the work to be done. Berry Construction delivered, without compromising on quality. We moved to a bigger place recently and, due to the quality of the work, we managed to find tenants within a few days of the flat being on the market.

Berry Construction (UK) did some maintenance on our Clapham flat in preparation for new tenants. We are very happy with the quality of work and the helpful and punctual nature of the decorator. We had a short timescale with the old tenants moving out and the new tenants moving in and Dan was extremely helpful getting the work done in time.
The quality of the work was excellent, and best of all the decorator was extremely professional and very organised. He secured the paint, brought all the right tools and was very clean and tidy. Would definitely use Dan and Berry Construction again.
