A brilliant team, led by Karl who is always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. A very thorough job is done and they have, and are currently, dealing with some difficult warranty work on our ‘van, liaising with Bailey throughout and getting things sorted. Also a big thank you to Andrew for his help with this.
Karl came and did the annual service this week, on a mobile basis, and was as efficient, thorough and friendly as always.

My electrics failed on caravan whilst on weekend break. After contacting Avonbridge, Carl the owner could not have been more helpful. He contacted me on the phone and visited me on site and within minutes found the problem and cured it. His fantastic attitude and his desire not to leave me stranded, he went above and beyond what I could expect to rectify the fault. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Much better than a main dealer.

Excellent service and workmanship. We had to have some pretty extensive work on our van when it was damaged at a storage site- the team at Avonbridge truly went the extra mile, restored it as good as new plus repairing some damage we didn't even know about! Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We asked Avonbridge to fix our caravan after we found a big hole in the top and it had a big damp problem that was early March 2014. We waited until April 2015 untill he fitted us in after being promised around 3-6 month wait. They had our caravan 13 weeks, and again excuse after excuse blaming bailey for most of the delays which we found to be lies. We got the caravan back and it was filthy dirty inside and outside when we got home there was a list full of very bad workmanship. We felt that the caravan still had a problem with damp so we paid for a damp test and we did still

I have used Avonbridge for a number of years for caravan servicing and repairs, and will continue to do so. I have always found them to be most helpful and responsive. I first used Avonbridge because all the local main dealers will not service a caravan that was not purchased from them. I have never had cause for compliant and they have always worked to the quoted timescales and estimates
