We are trained in the Installation of all major hoist manufacturers found in the wind industry. AAT provide an electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance service for wind turbine service lifts, hoists, hydraulic loaders, fall protection systems and safety equipment, either on site, in our work shop or by the manufacturer or our network of support partners. Our highly trained technicians are competent in a wide range of service lifts and all brands of hoist found within wind turbines.
AAT specialise in providing a multi-disciplined one-stop-shop for statutory, technical and safety inspections of equipment within wind turbines or equipment used constructing or maintaining turbines. Our multi-disciplined inspectors are competent to inspect a wide range of equipment in one visit. Depending on the Clients requirements inspections can be carried out by a single inspector or larger teams can be provided to reduce turbine down-time.
Equipment can be shipped to your location or our team can deliver the equipment to site and provide assistance with installation or product training. Wind turbine service lift motors and brakes can be hired to allow service lifts to be used while the motor and brake are removed for manufacturers maintenance work under PUWER.
AAT supply a wide range of replacement and spare parts for wind turbine service lifts, hoists, lifting equipment and a wide range of safety equipment for your own competent technicians to fit. Please note we are unable to provide certain parts due to the requirement for competency in fitting these and testing the product!
