Services
We are always interested in talking to exceptional candidates at all levels to help us take our successful firm into the future. Conversing with clients in person, over the phone and emails, directing calls, taking accurate messages. Managing on-site storage of documents and deeds, producing and managing invoicing for the storage of deeds.
Our Wills, Probate and Estates department consists of two partners. Our two consultants have close connections to the department and all our practitioners dealing with wills, probate, trusts and estate advice are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ensuring the quality of their work.
A "Living Will" is more formally called an "Advance Decision" and is a statement which expresses and records your wishes concerning certain medical procedures, which are/are not to be followed in the event of your loss of mental capacity. A valid Advance Decision is legally binding on Health Care professionals.
A Trust is a fund which contains assets (financial or real estate) which are controlled by you and/or a nominated third party, known as the Trustees, for the benefit of specific individuals, known as the Beneficiaries. Trusts are governed by complex legal regulations, common law obligations and Tax rules.
There are many different options available when considering the means of minimising the Inheritance Tax payable on your Estate and ensuring as much as possible is safeguarded for your Beneficiaries. The options available will depend on your particular situation, your personal circumstances, the value of your Estate, what types of assets make up that value and their relationship to each other and various other factors.

Recently used this solicitors for the purchase of a property. This was by far the best service I've received from a Conveyancer and really shows the difference between using a local quality firm versus a bank panel which take on a much higher volume. Our solicitor Robert was brilliant and responded to any communication almost straight away , with previous experiences I've struggled to even get through to receptionists. I would highly reccomend this firm to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Helpful, welcoming small firm. This is the second time they've dealt with a property sale for me. I have found them patient and good at explaining all the jargon.
