Bought my first set ofgigging equipment from R&T this week and I can honestly say it was the best customer service I’ve received.
Steve and Arron were so helpful and were clearly so passionate about there job. I walked in with no clue what I needed and with no knowledge and i came out with a full gigging equipment for an amazing price.

Always a pleasure to nip in and see the guys at R and T. If you know them well enough they may even bomb you with dad jokes. Nipped in for strings this time, but they have always delivered great service wether it's purchasing an instrument, servicing and setting up or just general advice they are always welcoming. Great range of instruments, music and accessories to suit all budgets, and a wealth of musical knowledge from well known musical god's Aaron, Steve and Vaughn.

We’ve bought many things from here and always a great service. Yesterday I took my daughter to select a new guitar for her birthday, Vaughan was extremely helpful. My daughter was very particular about the sound she was looking for but from a smaller acoustic. He was very patient and shown her many options listening to what she liked and disliked to get the right sound. Thanks to the fantastic service and great selection of guitars, she found “the one”! Thanks again, I’m sure we’ll be back again soon for something else :)

Blown away by the excellent service I've received from Arron and the guys at R&T music. I part exchanged a couple of old guitars for a fantastic (and beautifully set up) Supro Westbury.
From my first contact with them they couldn't have been more helpful. From organising a courier to collect my guitars from the other end of the country, free of charge, to the super quick next day delivery, also free, I couldn't have asked for more.
Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the market for something new.
